A Community Hub for Retail, Alternate Transportation, and Sustainability
ORE was hired by an urban retail developer to create a new sustainable community hub for the new generation of Walmart.
Building on existing Walmart parking lots, the dynamic yet simple new system allows for new sustainable programming such as open-air farmers markets, food halls, and community composting. The introduction of sustainable and organic food resources in to the new retail concept will create an all-in-one community hub for health, wellness, and retail.
